Plan Everyone Premium is perfect for creating calendars that need to be shared publicly or within a team. It’s ideal for:

• Team views: Embedding calendars for internal or external use, such as marketing, board meetings, or global events.
• Centralised control: One person manages updates while others have view-only or limited editing access.

Plan Me Enough is designed for users who want a personalised calendar experience. It’s great for:

• Big-picture views: Overlaying multiple personal and work calendars to see long-term, multi-month, or yearly timelines.
• Customisation: Tailoring your calendar view beyond shared settings while still accessing shared calendars in view-only mode.

Choose the Plan Everyone Premium if you’re managing shared calendars for a team or public use.

Choose the Plan Me Enough if you want advanced personalisation and a big-picture view of your schedules.

We do not recommend sharing Year Glance accounts for the following reasons:

1. Real-time updates: Any changes made on one device will instantly reflect on all devices linked to the account.
2. Shared access risks: Anyone with access to the account can edit, add, or delete calendar events, which can lead to:
