What is dynamic sharing?
Dynamic sharing is a new way to share your Year Glance calendar that gives each viewer the ability to toggle calendars on or off. Instead of everyone seeing the same fixed view, viewers can personalise what they see based on what matters to them.
For example, a school can share one master link that includes all year levels and departments. Parents and teachers can then choose which calendars they want to display, without the admin needing to create multiple views or links.
Static share = one link, one view for everyone.
Dynamic share = the flexible way to share one calendar with everyone.
Each viewer can toggle calendars to create their own perfect view.

How do I figure out which plan my organisation needs?

Do viewers need a Year Glance account?
No. Viewers of a static or dynamic shared calendar don’t need to log in or have an account. They can simply open your shared link or embedded calendar and see what you’ve made available.
Only the admin who creates and manages the shared calendar needs a Year Glance plan.
