Is there a way to actually see the entire year in one glance?

i.e. without having to scroll down or across to see more events?

This will depend on the size of your display and the number of events you are showing.


The more events you want to display, the more space required on your screen.


Try different views depending on your screen resolution and orientation eg. Year > Vertical, Horizontal, Monthly.


In Calendars, only select essential calendars to display.

In Customise > Settings:

  1. Reduce No. of Events Shown to limit the number of events displayed in a day cell
  2. Change Start Month if you don't need to see all 12 months in the year
  3. Reduce No. of Months if you don't need to see all 12 months

In Customise > Display:

  1. Reduce Font Size to small
  2. Change Density to Compact
  3. Select Single Line Events to only show first line of event title
  4. Select All Day Events Only to hide partial day events
  5. Select Hide Out of Office Events to hide out of office events
