If you've added, subscribed to or removed a calendar in your Google or Microsoft account and it isn't reflecting in Year Glance, you can refresh your calendar list without disconnecting your account.

How to refresh your calendar list

  1. Go to the Calendar panel in Year Glance.
  2. Click the refresh icon (circular arrow) next to the calendar account name.
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Refresh to continue.

Year Glance will fetch your latest calendar list from Google or Microsoft. Any new or subscribed calendars will appear and any removed calendars will be cleared.

Limit
This action can be used once every 15 minutes per account. If you try again within that window, the option will be temporarily unavailable.

Do
I need to add calendars before connecting my account?
Ideally, yes. It's best to create or subscribe to all the calendars you plan to use before connecting your account to Year Glance, so everything is detected straight away. But if you've added calendars later, the refresh option is the fastest way to pull them in.

If calendars still aren't appearing after refreshing, try disconnecting and reconnecting the account as a fallback.
