How can I sync or add multiple calendars?

You may wish to share / associate / sync calendars for several reasons:

  • between colleagues and work accounts
  • between family member accounts
  • for both work and personal calendars


In Year Glance, you can connect multiple Google accounts and Microsoft accounts at the same time. There can be any number of calendars associated or shared within each of these accounts.


Shared calendars also appear in the calendar list from Google and Microsoft Calendar accounts. Then they will appear in Year Glance.

If a new calendar is shared (or removed), you will need to disconnect and reconnect your account for the updates to be displayed in Year Glance.


Note: If you are wanting to share a personal calendar to a work account, you may need to request permission from your IT support.
