Printing your calendar & saving as PDF

On your Dashboard, click Print beside Customise.
Customize the font and change format, click Apply and Print once done.
- Select your printer destination or source e.g. Epson printer, Save as PDF, etc.
- Select the print layout (portrait or landscape) based on your horizontal, vertical or monthly view.
- If your calendar is not fitting on the page, either overflowing to multiple pages or not taking up enough space, select More settings.
- Select the page size e.g. A3, A4, Letter, etc.
- You can adjust the printer Margin sizes.
- Change Scale to Customised and then adjust the scale percentage to fit the calendar to one page.
If the calendar is overflowing onto multiple pages, the reduce the scale eg 50-80%.
If the calendar is shrunk, try increasing the scale eg. 150-200%.
This will depend on the calendar view, paper size, the size of your calendars, the number of events you have, etc.
